Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

* Unworn, unused, and in their original condition;
* Returned with all original tags attached;
* Returned in their original packaging; and
* Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at team@miralushop.com so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of socks that have been worn, washed, used or otherwise altered after delivery.

We also cannot accept returns of:

* Personalised or custom-made products
* Gift cards
* Any items designated as non-returnable where permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or defective products.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different colour or style, please return your eligible item and place a new order.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us at team@miralushop.com within the 14-day period.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

Please note that, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
